Bruce Lee said, “As you think, so shall you become.” If there’s any truth to this statement, it’s more than a little concerning. I’m not sure I could accurately recall even half of the things I’ve been thinking about. The consequence? I’m being shaped subtly by my thoughts without really paying much attention to where those thoughts are taking me.
“We are what we think. All that we are arises with our thoughts. With our thoughts, we make the world.” Buddha
Buddha extends the thinking expressed by Lee, not only are we shaping ourselves by our thoughts, we are also shaping the world. Kind and gracious thoughts? You are helping create a kind and gracious world. Cynical? Critical? Dissatisfied? Doesn’t sound like a place I want to spend much time.
What kind of world are you making?
I am trying to make a world of love and positive thoughts and feelings.

Love this. So simple and so hard at the same time to achieve.

They say we have 60,000 thoughts a day, most unconcious! I do my best to stay in the now with gratitude and appreciation for the good that surrounds me. As with most people, I lose my way a lot! 😉
